Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Highland Rugby Club, we sell both tangible goods (such as merchandise) and intangible goods (such as tickets and memberships) through our online store. This policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and managed.


1. Tangible Goods (Merchandise)

Processing & Shipping

  • Shipping details (including availability, methods, and estimated times) are clearly displayed on each product detail page (PDP) and again at checkout.

  • If a product does not show shipping information on the PDP or at checkout, it is considered a non-shippable item (see Section 2 below).

  • Customers will see all applicable shipping costs and options before confirming their order.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Where tracking is available, details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Shipping times and availability may vary depending on product type, location, and courier services.

International Shipping

  • Availability of international shipping will be shown on the PDP and at checkout where applicable.

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the timeframe stated at checkout, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


2. Intangible Goods (Tickets, Memberships & Digital Products)

Tickets

  • Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery is typically instant, but please allow up to 24 hours. If you don’t see your ticket, check your spam or promotions folder.

Memberships & Digital Products

  • Memberships and other intangible items are confirmed by email at the time of purchase.

  • Unless otherwise specified, no physical item will be shipped.

  • Your order confirmation serves as proof of purchase and redemption for memberships and certain other non-shippable products.


3. Returns & Refunds

  • Merchandise: Returns are accepted in accordance with our [Refund Policy] for eligible items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • Tickets, Memberships & Digital Products: All sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation or at the club’s discretion.
