Minis & Micros (Nursery to P7)
The Minis & Micros are the beating heart of Highland Rugby Club. From Nursery to P7, this is where rugby journeys begin, confidence grows, friendships flourish and a lifelong love of the game is born.
For many of our youth and senior players, this is where it all started. Every child is welcomed, encouraged and supported to have fun, learn new skills and be part of the Highland family.
Whether it's your first time picking up a rugby ball or you're already hooked, there's a place for every child.
Training Times
Training takes place at the club every Sunday during the rugby season at the following times:
WeEagles (Nursery & P1)
10:00 – 10:45
Micros (P2–P3)
10:00 – 11:00
Minis (P4–P7)
10:00 – 11:30
New players are very welcome to come down and see if rugby is for them. Please come down to training and find your child's group on the day or message our Director of Mini rugby with any queries.
Supervision
For WeEagles and Micros, a responsible adult must remain on site, preferably pitch-side at all times.
For Minis, children must not be left unsupervised unless parent/guardian details have been registered on SPOND.
