S1-S6 (Junior Girls Rugby)

Highland Rugby Junior Girls Section

Junior Girls Rugby

Our Junior Girls section is one of the fastest-growing parts of Highland Rugby Club, and there's never been a better time to get involved. More and more girls are discovering just how much fun rugby can be – making new friends, building confidence, learning new skills and being part of an amazing team.

Whether you've never picked up a rugby ball before or you've played for years, you'll find a warm welcome at Highland. Our friendly coaches and teammates will help you feel at home from your very first session, supporting you to learn, improve and enjoy every step of your rugby journey.

Rugby is a game for everyone. It's about courage, teamwork, resilience and having fun together. Every player brings something different, and every player belongs.

So why not come along and give it a try? You might just discover a sport you'll love, lifelong friendships and a team that's waiting to welcome you.
