The club are looking for someone to take on the role of Hospitality Supervisor to work closely with our Operations Manager. The role will, at varying times, include;
Operational
- Deputise for the Operations Manager 2 days per week and holidays acting as the point of contact for venue operations and customer enquiries.
- Prepare, set-up and deliver various events including meetings and small functions, to include basic catering for breaks and foodservice. (Food hygiene qualification preferred, but training will be given).
- Maintaining high levels of service standards and professional conduct at all times.
- Assist the Operations Manager and Supervise Team Members during events.
General
- Ensure all health, safety and hygiene regulations are applied in relevant areas and adhered to.
- Where required, open and close the venue unassisted, including cashing up, sales reconciliation and locking up.
- Contribute to training and developing all Team Members.
The role will commence with a 16-hour minimum contract with variable hours which are anticipated to reach 30 on a regular basis. Flexibility of working hours is essential to meet the demands of a busy club member and events business.
Candidates should be prepared to work evenings and weekends.
Rate of pay; £13.50 to £14.50 per hour depending on experience.
